"I am a printmaker, painter, teacher, and public artist whose work reflects on the pressing issues of climate change. I think of my work as a mapping process. I layer collected sensory information from my experience in natural environments with both real scientific information and imaginary cartographic elements. This approach allows me to combine a current reality with references to geological periods in the distant past and into the projected future of rapid climate change." -Doyle
